Team Leadership for Supervisors (2 day course)

This is a high quality Team Leader Training course is aimed at improving your team leaders’ ability to:

Day 2:

  • o    5 Whys
  • o    Pareto Analysis
• ·         Project managing team improvement projects.
• ·         Standardisation – The 5S/Work Place Organisation approach.
• ·         Build quality into everything – Poka Yoke.
• ·         Why take responsibility of your machines – The TPM approach.
