We start by working with you to define your desired Outcomes and current Situation using a Project Initiation Document so all stakeholders can clearly see the way forward.  We then discuss potential Choices before agreeing an Action plan, which could include a wide range of Lean tools or even Six Sigma and Leadership options such as Business Coaching.
