  • Leadership Spearheaded turnaround of underperforming subsidiary to become European headquarters. Restructured organisation, and implemented continuous improvement processes. Sales increased from £2.5M to £4.4M in 36 months
  • Customer Service Introduced customer needs/satisfaction programme as key statistical measure to achieve sustainable profitable growth.
  • Marketing Designed and implemented market entry plan for new technology to restorative dental market. Researched market, opinion-formers and influencers. Established distribution, support, promotion and sales activities. Developed sales to exceed the planned £300,000 revenue target in 24 months.
