Brian Ablett

Brian Ablett’s training and management experiences spans some 25 years within the airline industry where he developed designed and delivered training for companies including: British Airways, Continental Airlines Inc. and British Caledonian Airlines.
As an International Training Manager in Continental he headed up a training team with training centres worldwide. He has worked extensively in Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.
Brian now specialises in Management and Staff Development and Customer Focused training and has been working for over nine years, as a freelance trainer for a variety of businesses, running “bespoke” courses in management, staff development and customer service. He is now an Associate for Lighthouse Consultants.
Brian enjoys travelling; listening to a wide range of music and playing in a Ceilidh (Barn Dance) band when time permits.
