Founded in June 2003 by Stephen Anthony, Lighthouse Business Consultants Ltd has become a well known and highly respected management consultancy company throughout the UK. At Lighthouse Consultants, we have gained a reputation for our style and quality of delivery, and for the importance we place on tailor making solutions to meet the specialist needs of our clients.

We have a results driven approach, helping our clients to focus on their strategic vision and using our depth of experience to choose the most appropriate approach from a wide variety of tools and methods. For example, we have developed integrated management systems that reduced process costs and improved performance monitoring, as well as meeting the accreditation requirements for multiple standards.

Our areas of expertise include Business Planning and Strategy, Management Systems such as ISO14001, ISO9001:2008 and Investors in People (IIP), and Process Improvement techniques such as Lean and Six Sigma. We are also qualified psychometric test assessors with the Thomas International Personal Profiling system, and use this as part of team building as well as managing change for our clients.

Working in a diverse range of fields, we have built up a wide knowledge base and have worked with many organisations delivering innovative and effective business improvement initiatives, backed up with cultural change programmes. This enables us to utilise best practice across sectors and industries, including Government Authorities, Trade Unions, Charities, and Professional Institutions as well as Manufacturing and Service Sector organisations.
